Business is personal. Here's the Backstory...

After being in business for almost a decade and having wild success, I've learned a thing or two. I went from being a team of "me" to a team of over 12 employees and contractors in less than a year, and I felt all the growing pains that came with it.

From a lack of solid operations structure, paying for help but not trusting the help to deliver, being the only salesperson and the strategic thinker, and then the face of the company, I went through all the levels of growth on my to max out on potential due to burnout. When life and business happened, I could not catch my breath enough to stay on top of it all.

I had to choose: either save my business or save my life. I chose my life.

While it was super scary to stop doing the thing that I had built my entire life and identity around, stepping back was the thing that led to a huge lightbulb moment. I realized that brilliant and bold visionaries surround me.

Thinkers and doers with phenomenal products and business services that the world needs to know about but don't.

As a former publicist, I can recognize a PR problem a mile away. I know that most companies don't have PR problems; they have system and process problems. They have a lack of sales problems. They have galaxy-sized CEO problems.

The CEO is so busy being all the things and doing all the things that they have little to no time to focus on doing the right things, the strategic stuff. The things that move the needle in the right direction in team building are having turnkey, seamless workflow and the things that impact the bottom line.

I noticed too many CEOs were struggling to build and maintain, and they didn't have to, so I decided to pivot and help them. Them includes YOU!
